I had to search takeaway to find it.

That was the first thing I tried. I just don't have it :(

    Good Afternoon :)

Not stopped raining since Tuesday afternoon/evening :(

    Happy Birthday locarr :bdaycake:

Was thinking we should have a pink and a blue cake in smilies then thought no. We would be posting the wrong coloured cake for some Elite ;) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Happy birthday locarr (assuming it's not just an FB or a Body5hop birthday)

He he, that was my thought when your FB notification popped up:p :D
I haven't had any conditional spends from T in an age either :(
I've not shopped there for a few months and have had two sets delivered in the last 2 months on OH's a/c. Then nothing on mine. Luck of the draw i guess..

Keeping up with T & S who've done the same. Managed to get a lot with my £5 Orchard due to all christmas gifts being reduced to half price (there or there about's)

    Thanx Hun :)
First agent has been, slated the second agent who isn't here yet :rotfl: and told us the price they expect to be able to sell for (which is pretty much in line with what we think). This bloke had been before earlier in the year, I suppose they're paid to be friendly (and pushy) though :rotfl:
Not looking forward to the second agent visiting, still have no idea which person is coming

Hi dipdap, I'm selling for first time at moment as well :)
Agents coming to take pics tomorrow at 3pm, all clutter boxed up to put in neighbours while photographer is here
The first guy that came to us run down the next guy coming, so I told him, after the presentation we wouldn't use him for that reason.
    He was slightly shocked.
The next one asked to use the loo and didn't wash his hands, then tried to shake mine as he left, no chance, that awkward moment when the hand is just left outstretched LOL
I still can't get over that, dirty b**ger!
Told him that's why we wouldn't be using them.
Have gone with highest offer, 1.5% fee (most 2.8% here in London), & laid back attitude so fingers crossed.
Isn't it weird why we make choices??
Good luck with your sale, what area are you?

First bloke didn't turn up on time (but did ring before hand to warn me he was caught up)
Sitting here waiting for the second one now, I have a strange feeling he/she will be late (not heard anything yet)
I agree we do pick them for strange reasons. Despite the first agent slating the second one, I still prefer them :rotfl:
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
