yesterday ds3 school phoned, ( if you all remember he is good at getting himself in trouble by doing nothing wrong) apparently he is not turning up to 1 lesson a week and they wanted me to come in while they talk to him:eek:, he is basically well behaved so i was really suprised, I asked them what lesson they said electronics, I told them he does not do electronics, teacher on phone said I teach him and he is always there on friday but never on wednesday, I was so confused and told him he must have him muddled with someone else as he does college on wednesday so is not in school.
teacher insisted he was right, so I went in to clear it up. it turns out he has a free lesson on friday because of college and is supposed to be in library , instead he has been attending electronics with his mate, he has been doing this since half term and no one noticed, the teacher asked why and he said he was bored in the library so he was doing the catch up work that he misses because of college at home and doing electronics instead:rotfl:

The Amazon Bespoke offer does my head in! It is there, add to basket, pay, goes pending, times out, order disappears - and repeat.

If they said it was a lightening deal, fine, but please stop wasting my time letting me add to basket and pay only to find it hasn't gone through :mad:

3V card details page says payments were declined and Bespoke Payment Status page says Failed (didn't the other day, it just disappeared), so is it 3V that have messed up my deal I wonder? Card only used once (on Bespoke) earlier in the week.

I was trying to add after midday when it was back in stock then out again, so still hope of repeat offers.

Not had time to catch up. New Bespoke Amazon voucher this morning. This is my fifth. If you had a few cards, and managed to get say this 3x you'd be up to £150 in your Amazon account for just £75. That'd be a nice saving on a XB1 or PS4 etc...

As for me, my bad luck is going from bad to worse...

My car has broken AGAIN. This is the third time in 3 months, not something you expect from a four year old car that's done 35,000 miles. This time it's the ECU no cruise control, and changing gear makes me sound like I'm learning to drive all over again. I've read somewhere that I need to disconnect it and leave it to re-set. I've found the fuses so now to just dare unplug... Going to be trading this in at the first chance I get now I've absolutely had enough

Still no Argos or Groupon parcels that I ordered on the 5th December have been located. Will they be here in time for Xmas? Who knows.

Also, I bought my first house as many of you will of heard me mention before, now I knew the floor in the kitchen needed replacing, but just found that the living room joists have worn away due to some old damp. New joists and a whole new floor is another £1,000. The same day as the kitchen quote came in without fitting and a fridge at almost £5,000

Mine did that, there were no voucher for today showing in my vouchers either... an hour later the email came through. I really think there struggling to cope with the demand.

Sore throat turned into a bit of a fever last night but temp has dropped by 3 degrees overnight so hopefully on the mend as sore/swollen throat is dragging me down. (Not literally - not quite that swollen!)

Off to try and sooth with tea and something sugary - for energy you understand!
