Started catching up when I got in and thought to heck with it I'm going to book in to the T's tasting evening for tomorrow evening. So all sorted and confirmation email safely arrive. Continue on with my catch up and read the reports coming in... I've now cancelled :rotfl:

Just got back from the taste evening....pretty disappointing tbh,

nowhere near as good as last year....no hot food! lots of nibbles and a glass of prosecco and no goodie bag either! boohoo!!:(

Ah we did have few bits of hot stuff. Well it was meant to be hot those little burgers and hot dogs and some battered prawns and some sort of veggie tart.

It was all finest stuff this year much better selection last year but not bad for a freebie. ;)

Similar set up down here - did win the raffle though and conned the Manager into topping it up a bit with a coupleof items. Also, we were last to leave so were told to help ourselves to pasty and savoury slices, cheese and cakes.

No goody bag though and, overall, a much smaller set up than last time. A good evening though and plenty of laughs.
