    Evening paw sniffers,

Seem I've been skipping for ages......work is sooooooo busy at the moment. So pleased to hear that we finally have a decent choc comparison:T
Goodness knows when I'll get a chance to do a shop:o

Just sat thinking how cut backs are affecting the work I do. There are now 2.5 people doing the work of 4. Yet I look back to when we were fully staffed and can never remember just sitting around. We are all just more efficient at what we do now. However little cracks are just starting to appear and tonight for the first time ever I feel exhausted:o

Last episode of Missing tonight.....enjoying it:)

I'm looking forward to the missing as well. Think it was a bit of a slow burner, a couple of odd episodes, but definitely improved the last few weeks.

I tried the Bloo again as well (on a separate shop;)). My understanding is that the white Bloo is now on msm but the blue Bloo isn't. I could do with another item as a trigger to this offer - I needed toilet cleaner before this 'glitch' but the amount we now have...! (Quite a lot!) I really want the wipes, rather than the cleaner now. I went to the store (or, rather, I was already in the store:eek:) and lots of white bottles on the shelf. So, I shifted them out of the way, reached right to the very back of the shelf and took the last blue bottle from the shelf!:D That will do - that's (just about) enough wipes now. And a little too much toilet cleaner:eek::rotfl:.

    Evening

Have had a whole day in my pyjamas today and only got up for about an hour :o Can't say that I feel a lot better and so I'm off work again tonight. DS1 has his first school play tomorrow morning which I can't miss so will HAVE to drag myself into work tomorrow night whatever state I am in after going to that. Fingers and toes crossed that another nights rest will cause a miraculous recovery

The silver lining to being stuck in bed all day undisturbed with my laptop is that I've been able to complete some online training for work that I was meaning to get around to, complete a statement due in this week and get a bit more Christmas shopping done. Every cloud and all.....
Got some of the iTunes vouchers on the Ts clubcard boost this evening. Spotted it over on the other side but may have missed it here. £25 iTunes voucher for £12.50 in CC points. Extra little present for DH ;)
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

Thank you. I saw this immediately on the shelf - and the amount of time I spent shifting it aside and looking for the Christmas 180g...! (As that was the only one I was aware of:rotfl:.) I'm glad I've got a little more though in that Dairy Box. And, as for that phrase in the Thornton's product, making me feel like buying it:eek::rotfl:. Essentially "just" a box of chocolates (or maybe it isn't as it's Thornton's - that's what they want you to think:eek:), but call it "It's the most wonderful time of the year..." (whether that's true or not) and it has at least some (or possibly many) of us being caught up by the season and the excitement of it all and spending money on it, which is what they want. I think I'll avoid:T - I have my chocolates now... and still far too expensive:rotfl:.

I know. You needn't post that picture, to try to get me to spend even more money now.:rotfl:

EDIT: Oops...I'm now quoting it and influencing myself about it every time I now see my own post (with the quote of the picture in it). Drip, drip...:D:)

Annoyed now. Our Asda was like a plague of locusts had gone though - no Thorntons red not and nothing that looked like a trigger - there was one stray ChristmAs Thorntons like last years ...

And they seemed to be reducing a few lines as well.

By the time I get to Asda again it will be the end of the week and any glitch will be fixed :(

My asda was the same no red thorntons or trigger think I was too late :( plenty of people looking for the same thing i think aisle was really busy :rotfl:
  • Apparently I am at home to "Mr C0ck up" today.
Just had an As delivery, but now remember that my last HD took me to within pennies of Decembers limit.
    Is all lost ?
    TIA.
