Tesco - refund + vouchers

no doubt this question has come up before, but I couldn't find one in a search that had been answered. If you can redeem money-off voucher when going above X amount, and upon delivery you refund certain unwanted substitutions and it goes below X amount, do you lose the money-off discount? I'm wondering if they have an official policy on it or if it's down to the discretion of the people handling your goods.

In my experience using eg £10 off a £60 spend voucher
If there are any out of stocks and the order value dips below the £60 Tesco have always honoured the voucher amount.0
