Hi
We are about to sort our life insurance out as we complete on friday. I know you can sort this yourself online but wondered what the pros were to use a broker for us?

Why wouldnt you use a broker? (Serious question) What is making you think against using one?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Time tbh and if we actually get a better deal from it, nothing other than that. Its much easier for me to sort everything out from home on my laptop0

A broker will go through trusts with you, ensure your premiums are not cheap for a couple of years and then become more expensive. They are liable for the advice given.
Cost wise there should not be a huge difference assuming you do not get a broker with loaded premiums. And time wise I have sent a copy of an application form to clients via email asked them to check and let me know if any of the health questions need to be answered as yes.
In terms of time, I would put money on the clients would have spent more time on it doing themselves than they did by going through me.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
