Be warned they catch you. Paid three month and Capital is still the original amount. They charge exuberant fees and interest rates.0

Is your loan from Lendable itself?
If they aren't able to offer you a loan themselves they push you along to a broker called Totally Money. it's anyone's guess what happens after that.0 -
I've used the twice without a problem, they will also tell you if they can approve you and the APR, they only register a soft search - this is good for your credit history0

Be warned --- I burnt my fingers with them .... settled the account in full after two months as they add a large sum to your capital
What do you mean they added a large sum to the capital?
thanks for clarifying as about to borrow and it seems straight forward but your comment now worrying me as I may well pay back early and it said NO repaying early fees ??0 -

More than likely they mean the interest.0 -
Perfectly standard lender offering loans to customers in poor credit situations but at reasonable rates. Had dealings with these guys in the past and seemed perfectly normal. Yeah - you do have to read the small print and figure out what a P2P loan is and what the fees/interest will look like, but they are considerably cheaper than many of the other high risk loan companies and have a pretty funky website!0

The unprofessional
The unprofessional, unpleasant customer service person, talking very fast and with great ignorance in her voice. They sent me an email with the approval of the loan asking for a phone call to provide details, when I did so an unpleasant woman speaks to me asking loads of unexpected details ( I felt like talking to Judge). When I was talking to her and told her I would like to pay off my credit card They already decided to not lend me money, so at the same moment, I received an email saying: I am sorry we are not able to help! , while before everything was apparently approved! She obviously did not have the courage to say it over the phone. When I finished the conversation and seen the email I wanted to ring back and ask why she did not say it...they blocked my call!
Does not cost much to be polite and honest when talking to the customer. Also, not well-trained advisers can usually judge to fast, as I have money to pay I was just looking for a solution to pay less interest. I feel like being used to give my details away, been promised and then just turn down. One negative message may not let people change their mind but may show there is a bit of concern.0 -
