Has anyone been "behind " on unsecured part of mortgage ? I

I am an nram customer and have received a letter stating I'm behind on the unsecured part of my mortgage. I make the same payments every month on time and this is the first correspondence I have had from them, call centre is closed just now was just wondering if anyone else has had this situation as I don't understand how I can be behind on the unsecured yet not secured and I have not made any changes to my payments or been advised of any changes by nram ?

Hi,
This is been discussed on another thread. I have received the same letter but also some other ones from NRAM at the same time which all contradict each other.
Check the date on your letter and see if its dated 2008 ......0
