I brought 1 of these, in the listing they are listed as brand new, on receiving the item it is plainly obvious they are not brand new, but still a bargain at the price

In what sense not brand new? I would expect minor damage to packaging as they have been at Argos stores and then sent back to the warehouse before being sold on eBay. But I wouldn't expect any damage to the watch.
  • Very very illegal to sell not-new goods as new in the UK.

You say Radio-controlled..but there is no indication of how fast it goes?

Yeah box was very tatty, and when I opened the tin inside the packaging that contained the watch there was dirty finger prints all over the watch face, nothing wrong with the watch as far as I can tell, but as I say most definitely not brand new, and I brought this after seeing it on HDUK and quite a few people who brought it also said on receiving it, that it was obviously not brand new, don't get me wrong for the price it is a bargain, but my point is they should not advertise as brand new when they clearly was not
