CCJ satisfied certificate

Looking for some advice on obtaining CCJ satisfied certificate.
In 2011, I received a letter from SAAS saying they had started court proceedings against me as I had ignored their one letter they had previously sent me regarding overpayment. I never actually received this!
At this point, I called straight away and agreed to pay £30 a month towards the £1100 debt (I was only on £16k at the time in London).
I've just gone for a new tenancy agreement and the credit check company has come back saying they would not recommend me as I have a CCJ against my name. Naively, I never knew that I had a CCJ, I just thought it was a repayment plan of some sort and I would've paid off years ago if I had known it was affecting my credit file.
I have now been told by the credit check agency to pay off the remaining debt in full to SAAS, who should then update the court, and I should then apply for a certificate to show my CCJ is satisfied. Does anyone know how long this will take? I am due to move into the flat in 3 weeks and I don't know how long the agency/landlord will be willing to wait! I have paid £990 so it is only another £100 odd to pay.
It is very frustrating as I have never missed a payment on a rental before. I have lived with my boyfriend for the past 2 years, he owns the flat we live in in London and we will be renting his out as we are moving to a new area and will be initially renting. We both earn a good wage (close to £100k combined) and would be ideal tenants. I feel very hard done by it all
As we were taken as a couple, he can now no longer take it in himself either.
Thanks for any info and advice on the timescale I am looking at.
