It might be sensible to start a new thread on here and ask if anyone can post extracts from their Sports Direct zero hours contract - it will probably be standard across the company. It might be helpful to know the year your partner started there in case the standard contract has changed over time.
ETA: Sports Direct have been so criticised over their ZHC that I doubt that they would try to fight their corner if you did just refuse further work.
