When you go to checkout, uncheck the box for the gift voucher balance. It should work then. It defaults to using the gift voucher balance but you can remove it.

Thanks OP for listing the offers. I was buying 3 items last night and each item was from a different seller even though I had ticked Free Supersaver delivery which I thought would have been from Amazon. It's so annoying at times when you want to buy an item from Amazon to get this kind of offer but so many items are from other sellers. On the plus side I suppose it gives us many more choices.
