changing name on title deeds after husband has passed away

hi how do I go about removing my husbands name on title deeds for mine. he passed away 17 months ago and I've paid mortgage since, but want to secure my home? we've lived here 12 years now and I have 3 dependant children ?

will the mortgage company allow you to?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
