Tesco or Sains big offers this week????

I need to do a fairly big shop this week, but I often get caught out by shopping on Mon or Tues and then an offer starts on the Wed (like Tesco spend £40 get £5 off next shop, or bargain prices) so..... Is it likely that there might be anything like that this week, or can I shop tomorrow as it suits my schedule better.
