Hello. Do Apple typically do Boxing Day sales? I'm planning to buy an ipad and not sure whether it's worth waiting until after Christmas.

No, they don't. You may get one from another retailer such as John Lewis or Tesco who occasionally reduce iPads, although rarely after Christmas.
If you know a student, they get a discount at Apple.0 -
