Sending documents to mortgage company

What is the best way to send the required documents to the mortgage company?
They have provided a 1st class free-post envelope, but i am assuming it should be sent with proof of postage at the very least?
Or do I send it special delivery?
It contains passports, marriage certificate etc...
The address is a PO Box address.

I wouldn't send it to the PO Box address. I'd establish the proper postal address of the lender's processing centre.I am a mortgage broker. Nothing strange about it being a PO box.

A PO Box address on a business-reply service envelope wouldn't surprise me.
I still wouldn't send special delivery to that address. The postcode will be a separate "XXX XBR" postcode on the business reply envelope not intended for non-business reply mail.I am a mortgage broker. If it is a high street lender why not get them to certify copies in branch and send in the internal post.
