Molarclean alternative replacement heads- any good?

Latecomer to electric toothbrushes, but now enamoured

aside - I'm old enough to remember my mother buying the earliest ones to hit NZ, late 50's. Big as bricks, far too hard for little handy-pandies to cope with and scrubby life of 1.5 nanoseconds of bzzzzzzzzzzzz..........:)
