Washing Machine Repair

Hi there,


I have a leaky seal, and my washing machine is broke too


I got the seal already as I wanted genuine parts, but need to find a recommended repair man for north Belfast or Newtownabbey area. Also, what should I expect to pay? I guess it's an hour job.


Any recommendations?

You should try East Antrim Appliance repairs on 07860 920169, he is very good. Some time since he was last with me, but I would expect around £50.

Does he have a call out charge regardless?

Not worth a tinker's damn. Gets suspicious when you call him up and becomes obsessed as to how you got his number and then becomes very sarcastic. To top it off £45 call out charge regardless of whether the machine can be fixed and more if work has to be done.

This guy replaced the seal on my washing machine about 18 months ago. I can't remember what it cost but I don't think it was a lot.
