Tesco cigerette return?

Brought my uncle some cigerettes as part of his Xmas hamper but he has swapped brands. Can I return and unopened 5x20 pack to Tesco? It's £45 down the popper otherwise which will be slightly annoying.

I'm sure he'll smoke them, so don't worry about it. He'll only have changed brands because it was cheaper, so a box of his old favourite will be a welcome bonus.
And if he dies of a smoking related illness, you'll be able to feel partly responsible and will always have that connection. Double bonus.0 -
