Quidco Opinions - balance gone to zero

Has anyone else lost their balance with Quidco Opinions? I've just completed a survey and received £1.50 which was when I noticed that my previous balance of a few pounds had disappeared.
I definitely haven't redeemed it because I got their e-mail about a week ago about making sure to withdraw all Opinions cashback before 18th December so I was going to wait until nearer the time. Hopefully it's just a glitch and will be returned.
Just asked my mum who also has an account and the same thing has happened to her.

My Quidco account has dropped from £17.50 to just £3.75.
I cannot work out why this is the case, the entire £17.50 was earned from 1 transaction.
So they have suddenly decided that I'm getting a lower rate than advertised, surely not right.
