Quidco Opinions - balance gone to zero

Has anyone else lost their balance with Quidco Opinions? I've just completed a survey and received £1.50 which was when I noticed that my previous balance of a few pounds had disappeared.

I definitely haven't redeemed it because I got their e-mail about a week ago about making sure to withdraw all Opinions cashback before 18th December so I was going to wait until nearer the time. Hopefully it's just a glitch and will be returned.

Just asked my mum who also has an account and the same thing has happened to her.

My balance has moved into the main Quidco site with an Update of 05 December. Suggest you look there for yours.

Ah, yes. That's where it's gone. Thank you, Merlin. A shame they didn't warn us they would do that in the e-mail.

My Quidco account has dropped from £17.50 to just £3.75.

I cannot work out why this is the case, the entire £17.50 was earned from 1 transaction.

So they have suddenly decided that I'm getting a lower rate than advertised, surely not right.

Awaiting a response from the help team.
