Removing partner from mortgage without funds to remortgage

  • thanks for all the input here guys, It's been good to see a few different angles here.

I've been over it all again with and selling really doesn't help as i still need a mortgage - at 37 I feel I'm too old to be paying rent to a landlord and can't get a council house because I'm currently a home owner, although I might have to do this for a bit till I get on my feet.

Ideally I'd rather get a mortgage somehow, this would allow me to buy out the wife and keep my house. So I'm now researching adverse credit finance.
Thanks again guys, didn't really expect much response here.
