1. Eligibility Requirements
The Competition is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and who are aged thirteen (13) years old and above (the “ Entrants”). Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) must obtain their parent or legal guardian’s permission prior to entering the Competition.
The Competition begins at 18:00:00 GMT on 4 December 2014 and ends at 12:00:00 GMT on 29 December 2014 (the “Competition Period”).

Only one Entry per person per stage.

2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to take part in this Competition.
Entrants may enter the Competition by:
Visiting https://apps.facebook.com/hobbit-treasure-hunt/ (the “Website”) or by visiting one of the Partner Websites (as defined below) and then being redirected to the Website;
Finding and collecting at least one of the six (6) virtual pieces of puzzle (the “Puzzle Piece(s)”). Each Puzzle Piece can be located by clicking out to the following six (6) partner websites (the “Partner Websites”) between the following dates:

Entrants must find a hidden Puzzle Piece within a “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies” scene on the Partner Websites and click on it. The click will direct Entrants back to the Website; and
Once back on the Website, the Entrant must enter their name, email address and country and submit this information (an “Entry”).

No other forms of entry will be accepted.
For each Puzzle Piece collected, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, to be in with the chance of winning either the Main Prize or one (1) of the Additional Prizes (as defined below). Each Entrant may submit an Entry for each Puzzle Piece found, so each Entrant may submit up to six (6) Entries in total (i.e. one for each Puzzle Piece found). Each Entry constitutes one (1) chance to win either the Main Prize or one (1) of the Additional Prizes (as defined below).
Only Entrants that collect all six (6) Puzzle Pieces shall be eligible to win the Overall Prize.
Attempts to enter each stage of the Competition more than once will result in the Entrant being disqualified.
After the conclusion of the Competition Period, the Winner of the Main Prize (as defined below), and the Winner(s) of the Additional Prizes (as defined below) will be selected at random from all valid Entries by or on behalf of the Promoter. The Winner of the Overall Prize will be selected at random by or on behalf of the Promoter from all Entrants that validly collected all six (6) Puzzle Pieces (together the “Winner(s)”).
The Promoter’s decision concerning the determination of the Winner(s) and all matters relating to the Competition will be final and binding.
3. Prizes
The prizes to be awarded are:
One (1) trip to New Zealand (the “Main Prize”) including:
Return economy flights from London Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom to Auckland, New Zealand (via Los Angeles, USA) flying with Air New Zealand for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”);
Four star bed and breakfast accommodation for six (6) nights (based on 2 (two) people sharing 1 (one) room) in Auckland and Hamilton;
A rental car for the duration of the trip;
One (1) movie set evening banquet tour of Hobbiton including dinner;

Travel insurance is included;
Dates of travel must be before 5 December 2015. Travel is not permitted between 5 December 2014 and 14 February 2015, or between 26 March 2015 and 12 April 2015 and travel is restricted between 14 June 2015 and 12 September 2015. Travel is subject to booking and flight availability;
Flights must be booked at least twelve (12) weeks prior to travel;
The Main Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable;
If the Winner(s) is under thirteen (13) then the Guest must be his/her parent or legal guardian;
The rental car driver must be twenty one (21) years or over and must have held a driving licence for at least one (1) year;
The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals;
Winner and Guest must have valid passports and applicable visas, ESTA and permissions;
Winner and Guest are solely responsible for all meals, spending money and all other expenses not specifically set forth herein;
Travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage, to view visit https://www.airnewzealand.co.uk/conditions_of_carriage.htm. Airpoints Dollars and Status Points cannot be accrued on Main Prize air travel;
Please see Air New Zealand’s Privacy Policy at https://www.airnewzealand.co.uk/privacy-policy-highlights regarding the collection, use and storage of your personal information;
Any potential Winner and Guest will each be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form and a Release Form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Main Prize.
One (1) limited edition 18ct Akenstone (the “Overall Prize”),
The Overall Prize is a collector’s item only and is not a toy, may contain small parts and as such may be

The Overall Prize has no cash alternative, is non-refundable and cannot be used as currency.
One-Hundred (100) The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies prizes – the “Additional Prizes”;
Each of the one hundred (100) Winners of the Additional Prizes will win one of the following:
- One (1) official ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ poster; or
- One (1) ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ merchandise item.
The Additional Prizes are strictly one (1) per person, they have no cash alternative, are non-transferable and non-refundable,
(together “the Prizes”).
