    That is very interesting. If it is the case they sure make us feel that we have absolutely no rights or entitlement whatsoever. I am with HSBC and have lost my patience several months ago. I am afraid I no longer have the capacity to tolerate the delay in the receipt of the payment.


    I have now again made a formal complaint about the delay and all they say is they are looking into it. I am giving them until Monday to come up with something better than just looking. I have gone as far as threatening to close my account but I forgot that they don't give a toss. Hope we all hear something positive soon.
  • I've written M&S another letter - if I don't get anything worthwhile back from them I might just stick it on moneyclaim.gov.uk and take the £100 hit. Think he's due £3000.
