I just went through the many links which take you to the 'How to cancel' page, and it gives what appears to be a USA telephone number to call to cancel. It says 'toll free', but I doubt it's a freephone number calling from the UK though?

OK, OK................just checked this cancellation of REAL NETWORKS out!!!

It's easy, (knew it would be because it a sureshop)!!!!!
Basically, you get an email confirming you've signed up and there's a link in that to customer support.....
From there, click "how to cancel"
click "contact customer support".......at bottom of page click "international"
It then gives a link to cancel for the uk, it says "click here" to cancel,
    Next page click account
Next page click Cancel membership.......I haven't done this though as it is the final page and I don't want to cancel yet as I only signed up yesterday and I don't want my account declined!!!

Looking above, it sounds very complicated but it really is only 6 clicks!!!!!
Just for extra reassurance there is a uk tel no (0870 240 2486)

I hope this makes people feel a little happier!!

I took out a car insurance policy with Prudential through Quidco earlier this month at a premium of £172, with £130 cashback which tracked and validated within a day or so. Also Prudential are including Green Flag recovery and rescue breakdown cover free until 31/10/07 so basically free insurance.
    Yay :T
Ive just done the Prudential car insurance but there was no mention of the green flag cover, does it come automatically?

It should do. Mine didn't for some reason but I called on Friday to find out why they'd not sent me any documents for it and the lovely welsh man at the call centre added it on for me :)
  • Can anyone tell me what this is all about? I don't know what you are all talking about! I would be very grateful if someone could just tell me very briefly what the whole thing is about. I keep seeing people saying sign up via Quidco but do I understand right, that it costs you money? All these other ones you talk about, Rpoints etc. what is it all about please........????
  • Hi Mazza - some charge you a membership and others don't - either way, join as many as you think you can handle! If nothing else do the daily clicks guide (I think you asked me for a copy - have you received it yet?), or otherwise you can buy stuff via the sites. The more you join, the more places you have to compare who is offering the best rate of cashback. PS: My inbox is now clear again for anyone who wants the guide to free cash for clicking x

Mine tracked immediately on Friday. It does not have a * after "tracked" and has still not validated. Has yours definitely been validated?
yeah has took a month to validate
  • I have just joined ebay through quidco, and have purchased 5 items, (they were al bargains) But I have noticed that they haven't tracked in quidco at all, is this normal???
Saving for a lovely summer holiday. Will it be Evesham or Egypt???
