Same as above except this merchant will not explicitly validate your transaction. Unless it is denied, this transaction will next change to received when payment is received from the merchant.0 -

Looking at Betfair, Coral etc to ensure you get the cashback "you need your account to be active". If you pay £10 in as they ask, bet and then put nothing else in does this qualify?0
