Me too I've ordered with Littlewoods Direct 3 times and its not tracked  But I can't grumble everything else I've done with Quidco has tracked and if not has been sorted after an enquiry.

I did littlewoods via HDUK and it tracked promptly. I know quidco advice it anyway but if in doubt do what I do - I only use firefox as my main browser but for quidco shizz that I don't want to take any chances with I will use IE.

    Good evening everyone.

I recently joined quidco, and subscribed to Scarlet and have had my £9 validated on my account. Upon receiving the magazine, the letter that came along with it the magazine states, there's a £10 administration cancellation fee if you cancel the £1 subscription.

I have just orded this today, so I hope not,

I have just had a look on the website and it doesn't mention this, (if anyone can see otherwise please let me know), but surely it would have to be in t&C before you order???

    Hi Katyk

Let me know if you want me to PM you, I'll be home tomorrow night x

That would be great - or I can just work off list like everyone else if nec.

BTW, I just did the Gala bingo and deposited my £10 but have not yet spent it. PLEASE tell me I did not have to spend it at same time! I'm not even a Bingo fan...:o
I presume I can spend the £10, not bother spending any more on there, and just cancel my membership once I have been paid the £30?

    Thanks again

    Not true.
I have the letter here, states nothing of the sort. The £1 is a trial, and it clearly states if you don`t like the magazine you can cancel and won`t be billed any further.

I couldn't see anything either. They should have something stated on the offer.

  • I have just done a screen print of the scarlet landing page "just in case",

no-one else has mentioned it though and a good few people have received the mag from here so I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

I'm really sorry folks. I must not have had my glasses on or my head screwed on right when I read the letter. I feel like such a !!!!. I've just dug out the letter and the £10 payable fee applies to cancellations AFTER the 14 day trial.
