Anyone had probs with Compare the market?

Have done a car insurance quote but has not been tracked by Quidco.

Quidco failing to honour...Yet Again and again and again

Foolishly took out a car insurance policy with the rabid dog company via Quiscam, expected £60 cashback and got [EMAIL="f@#all"]f@#all[/EMAIL] yet again.

I raised an enquiry and followed the procedures etc and got the usual reply, "enquiry sent to trader", and now I have had the enquiry closed and received a list of possible non specific reasons why they refused to pay, ranging from

The policy may have been cancelled. Nope still going.

Another code or voucher may have been used. Nope dont know of any ?

I may have failed a credit check. Nope sorry on that one

They may have given it to another cookie. Possibly another company maybe ?

Failed to pass the merchants fraud check. Nope, policy still going

Was not a genuine transaction. Money taken and policy still running

Failed payment. Nope they have £300 of mine.

And other boring reasons why they will not pay

Quidco have failed three times in the past year on purchases with cashback over £50.

Why can they not be an honest bunch and say "This is the reason you will not get paid" Instead they give a bland list of excuses which you have to do a DIY job on and pick a possible reason why they allegedly get the money and I dont.

The policy was taken out on line through Quidscam, paid for at the times, and it still running and I would not have been taken out except for listening to the Timeshare sales pitch of you will get a cashback. Yeah right

My fault though as first time bitten, umm possible mistake, second time bitten umm should watch this outfit, and third time scammed ummm you really should not believe in fairy tales.

I applied for the Experian free trial on Monday, but it hasn't tracked yet. Anyone else had any problems?

No you don't have to register or even install the 4OD software, just download it.

Mine from November didn't track. My enquiry is now well past the 30 days Sureshop 'guarantee' period since it was sent to the merchant. Sureshop really does seem to be a complete joke, I now have three out of three sureshop enquiries with different merchants from around that time which haven't been resolved within the 30 days. I think Quidco claimed a 99% Sureshopshop success rate on on eof these threads?!? Well mine's a 0% Sureshop success rate. There's no 'guarantee' with Sureshop so I do wish Quidco would stop lying and just admit that it's not working. Even a 99% rate wouldn't be a 'guarantee' and therefore Quidco shouldn't advertise it as such.

I sent Hologram a PM and got a list of sites to sign up to etc. If it is ok with Hologram and you let me have your email address (PM me) I can email it to you. All credit for the list goes to Hologram but I have just formatted it a bit so that it was easier to read.
