Only a few days ago I made a deposit with DEBIT card and withdrew money via DEBIT card as well.

Under "Withdraw funds" ("Account options" section) you should have an option: "Existing Debit Card". Do you?

I have just signed up for galabingo and there was a promo code entered automatically so I do hope it tracks alright. I deposited £10 but as the bets are all 10pence it is going to take forever to spend it and get my £30!

Oh, and mine tracked really quickly - maybe after about 1-2hrs. I was really suprised.

I click Withdraw Funds and the only option is Existing Credit Card. Apparently there should also be Post, BACS, and Debit Card!

Hi Gav, this happened to me too. I sent Customer Services a message explaining the problem and they sent me a message back within the day saying they'd fixed it, and hey presto they had!

(Just in case - cos I didn't know til I looked it up in the help - you access the messages bit by going to the dropdown Account Options menu in the top right hand corner of the screen after you've signed in.)
