cheers.i'm glad to hear i wasn't the only person in this situation.i shall have a go tomorrow.it tracked straight away in Quidco-just waiting for some others to show up
  • Right, I'm a member of quidco and moneybackmadness, if I do all my kelkooing etc on quidco first and then clear my cookies so I can do it on MBM even though it hasn't yet tracked on quidco, will it still track on quidco even if I clear my cookies before it has?

After re-reading that I realise it's a bit rambling but it was the best way I could think of putting it!! :rotfl:

Seems to work - that's what I have been doing for 11 months now and always fine ;)

What I don't understand is if you need to do anything to claim as I got a full house but didn't seem to win anything - I think it just automatically selects the first person to win out of all the players playing at that time and although I got a full house I wasn't the first to do so so didn't win.

    Hi,

There is a green "claim" button right in the centre of the screeen - although it marks off the ticket for you, you still have to press this button sharpish when you get a line, double or full house.

If more than one person gets a win at the same time, the claim is split.

I've given up on it now though - spent my £30 Quidco on it aswell as another tenner, so will not venture back to the site!!

I've been paid 35p for planet49, it usually takes couple of days to go into bank.

My Lloyds TSB tracked and validated really quick in Aug, payment was scheduled for Oct but it was rolled over to Nov and still waiting but never had a problem before with Quidco so I'm keeping the faith and hopefully will come in time for xmas.

C'mon Quidco, don't let me down now ;)

Woo hoo!!! Lloyds TSB £120 showing as received, fingers crossed I don't get missed on the payment run!! :D

Some can take up to 10 days to track.....
Have a look at your merchant and on the right hand side of the screen, it usually tells you how long the merchant takes before it tracks. HTH:beer:

When I've had this happen before I've clicked on 'Make an Enquiry' and chosen my Merchant it then gives you a list of all the times you've been to that site through Quidco - if its on there at the correct date and time then you can wait and submit an enquiry when 28 days are up (just remeber to keep all your confirmation emails)
