    Can anyone suggest anyways that I can get Kelko to track. Its not tracked anything since I joined about five months ago. I seem to be okay with all the others but I missing out on 10p a day. Sorry I this has been asked b4 but I couldnt get anything up via advanced search. Cheers

    You have to search for something, then go through to it, clicking a link off the first page doesn't work.

    Anyone having problems getting the Tesco DVD trial offer to track? I joined on Saturday and have just received my first DVD, but it's still not tracking! Quidco won't let me open a ticket for like 12 days, but that's around the time I'll be cancelling my membership at the end of the free trial :P.

    Yesterday through quidco I purchased my car insurance and my home insurance, my car insurance I paid for straight away but my home insurance i signed up to pay for it in installments, this is my very first quidco transaction. Today when i look into my account my home insurance (installments) has been marked as validated but my car insurance that I have paid for straight away doesnt even show up. Should it of showed up straight away on my account or will it take a couple of days and the home insurance was just quick.
    Sorry for being dim but like I said its my first transaction through quidco.

    I used Lloyds for both car and home insurance, I have also just ordered something from play and that is showing up. do you think its because I used Lloyds to buy both car and home insurance?

    If you didnt clear your cookies between transactions then yes it could cause a problem.

    The car insurance has no stats at the moment, might just be slow.
