OK, thanks to everyone. But will anybody explain me (a newbie) what you mean saying "to open an (earnings) enquiry"?

    What should I do?

When stuff does not track, you open an enquiry to get the money (or some of it) but they don't have to pay and even when it tracks you sometimes don't get it. Just head over to Earnings, then Enquires and you can open a new one there if required.

    Can someone please help me?

On Friday I took out home insurance via Quidco, £50 cash back validated straight away.

When I rang my current insurer, they offered to match the price I had been quoted, so I gave them the price including the Quidco cashback, which they matched and offered me an extra £20 discount.

I accepted, and cancelled the policy with the new company within the 7 day cooling off period.

The Quidco money is already validated so I'm a bit worried - validated according to Quidco means that the company have agreed to pay.

    What do I do

I don't smoke and signed up the other day, just have to fill in a questionnaire (use your imagination) you only get a few emails every now and then - but just set up a different email address for things like this, then they don't bother you.

I assume insurance and healthcare companies can't see that you have signed up, affecting policies where you claim not to be a smoker?

Mine has not tracked either and it's been a few days, you can enquire but it says not for a few weeks.
