Hi. How easy is it to cancel the free trial to Experian Credit check? I just wanted to make sure it's not a hassle before signing up through Quidco. Thanks.

Hi,
Heres what the T&C's say:

You can cancel at any time during your free trial by emailing editor@which.co.uk or calling us on 01992 822800 before your first payment is due and you won't owe us a penny. Thereafter, we require 7 days' notice of cancellation and are unable to make refunds for periods of less than one month. Your subscription will then expire at the end of the calendar month after your 7 day notice period.

Mitch ;)

thanks for that, it just reminded me to send that cancellation email before i got stung on another freebie that i forgot to cancel lol
It only seems kinky the first time.. :A

has anyone done this?

Just like the popular TV channel that inspired them, Nick Jr storybooks are filled with the everyday delights experienced by favourite characters like Blue, Magenta, Diego, Dora and The Backyardigans that children know so well and love so much. The Nick Jr book club is targeted to children from 2-5 years of age. Customers signing up to this popular club will receive a free backpack, poster and two books plus two books on trial which they pay £8.48 for. The customer keeps the free gifts whether they decided to continue with the club or not.
For genuine tracked transactions completed wholly online, you can earn:
£5.60

looks like you get a dora backpack and 3 books as your free gifts.

VERY easy. I emailed them only to ask when my free trial would be over and they wrote back very quickly to say they would cancel it automatically for me once my days were up:T I will still keep an eye on it though

do you just cancel before the end of the 30 days to get it free, is this easy?

email them at this address CustomerService@CreditExpert.co.uk
This is what I got back.....

Thank you for your email, which we received on 03 October 2007.

Thank you for your notification that you do not wish to continue with
your membership of CreditExpert.

Your membership will now terminate at the end of your 30-day free trial
period and your card will not be charged a monthly membership fee.

Please note that you may still receive alerts regarding changes to your
credit report until the end of your free trial. You also have full
access to your membership during this time.

Kind regards

This way is better than a phone call as you have written proof of cancellation.

Hope this helps.
