Fibere optic Tree

Can some please advise why only my fibre optic tree is part working as just took it and put to gatherer ? as purchased last year and was fine

some have bulbs in the base to light up the fibre optics

has a bulb blown ?

The two I have as said have a bulb in the base its a small halogen I think its less than 10w power. They have some sort of coloured wheel on them that spins and colours change hence why you see it on the fibre optics

I got a few halogen bulbs on ebay for a few quid a while back.
