Foxtons Win an iPad competition 2014/15

• The closing date for entry into the prize draw is 12.00 noon on Friday 27th February 2015. Area reviews submitted after this date and time will not be eligible for the 'Foxtons Win an iPad' competition.
• The winner will be selected at random by Foxtons Marketing Dept.
• A winner will be selected week beginning Monday 2nd March 2015.
• The winner will be notified via email by Friday 6th March 2015.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Foxtons reserves the right to select another winner.
• Foxtons decision is final.
• Foxtons employees and their family members are excluded from participating in this competition.
• Foxtons reserves the right to substitute prizes with a replacement of similar value. Prizes cannot be replaced with cash alternatives.
• Entries are limited to one review per person.
• All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
• Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of the above rules.
• Foxtons reserve the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the prize draw at any time without notice.
• The prize draw and rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
