I currently have a mortgage of £200,000 with the property worth £380. I want to get a new mortgage and do this with my partner . They have a salary of 30,000 with me on the same £30,000. What would be the maximum I could borrow on a 25 year mortgage?

Stick your income etc into some of the online calculators provider by lenders. This will give you a top line figure. Though doesn't mean you'll actually get offered this amount.0
