Studying for CeMap and DipFA

Been working in the banking industry for a couple of years now, my ambition is to become a mortgage adviser and progress to financial adviser role.
Have looked at Ifs learning website, which indicates that I can study DipFA unit one, CeMap unit 2 and 3, to qualify as a mortgage adviser
Then when im ready to progress to the financial adviser role, I will only study for the DipFA unit2.
I'm changing to part time hours in January so I can have a full day to study, my question is…. from a practical point, how long will it take, studying 1 day per week, to complete the 3 units.
Anyone done exactly like this before?

Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.

If you stick with the CII you can pass RO1 (which I believe is transferable to the IFS route of the diploma if you wish) and CF6 - meaning only 2 exams... thats what I have done. I have done a few of the Diploma exams but decided im happy doing mortgages.
I wasnt very good at revising so I think all in all it took me about a year as I failed one of the exams a couple of times but if you put the effort in and are making sense of it I would say about 6 months.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
