    What does your mother dying have to do with you wanting to "borrow" a relatives money ? Is the relative your Mother ?

    If it is, then you should have explained this in your post, and the fact that she's recently died.

    I don't think there are any clairvoyants on the forum. It's difficult to give advice when you're only given half a story.
  • If the loan is 100% totally secure why is the family member not borrowing from a bank?
