So after winning £250 yesterday for INTU, I have received another fantastic WEM - not sure which comp it was from as there are a few listed with the same prize

I was lucky enough to win this too...but have been unable to use it. I can see the voucher on my account but when I go to pay there is no option to use it. Have tried online chat and phoning them (no one can help and they said no they couldn't phone or email me back!) so have resorted to emailing and waiting for a reply.
Has anyone who won managed to use the voucher?
Thanks

I know it's a little late in replying CindyT - but you have to phone up to place your order, they then take the amount from your voucher
I think they realised their mistake when crediting the vouchers to accounts that don't have a "credit account" and pay as they orderYes, I know there is no "R" in the word dream in my username - it was setup in memory of my grandson :A0 -

I rang up when I won to put the money towards a tablet. I had to give my card details to pay for the shortfall. Everything seemed all right until I noticed on my bank statement they had not used the voucher but had taken the whole amount from my bank. The tablet arrived and I was very happy with it. It took several phone calls to get anywhere as the call centre could not get the computer to take the money from the voucher and issue a refund. It was eventually decided the only way to get the refund was to return the tablet and start again. Long story short did get a refund and reduction for the trouble and now have the replacement tablet. Hopefully they have fixed this problem.0
