Hi all,
I have read the newbie thread so hopefully haven't missed anything.
PCN to driver on 29/9/14.
NTK received 17/11/14.
Staff car park (paid for monthly), reason for PCN parked so as to cause obstruction/inconvenience to others (not the case).
Will update thread with template response etc as I write them.
Thanks for a really informative forum.

OK so sent standard letter...with some of the rhetroic edited out, and back came the response.
