Anyone else having trouble getting paid from this.

I claimed 30 quid to go to paypal on the 3rd of Oct and it hasn't been paid yet.

I've tried contacting them via their online form several times and have had zero response.

Getting miffed.

This seems very strange. I claimed £30 in mid November and I received my funds to Paypal within 7 working days.


Always have had fast payouts so not sure why yours is taking so long.


What I do know though is that their e.mail responses are never forthcoming. If I were you I'd pester, pester, pester.

Have had an issue before which took 2 months+ to resolve. The customer service is poor and seems like an automated system/machine to be honest. I always get a response though, just not a good one..

I always redeem vouchers for Amazon or M&S from these and have always been paid very quickly, sometimes within 24 hours.


Hope you can resolve this.

I claimed funds early November and took around 3 weeks. Didn't have issues with customer service but for payments - there is a separate form. Go to redeem section and use the contact us form there. This is the form to contact 3rd party that GMT uses to send payments.

Form on the main page is for contacting GMT and they will direct you there anyway if you are lucky.

Also make sure you have used correct email for paypal address? I think even a small typo causes problems

I claimed £25 Amazon vouchers and £5 Paypal payment about a week ago, and both payments arrived yesterday.

Never had any problems with them.

Hope you soon get sorted.

Bad experiences with Paypal. Will never use them again. Once there is any issue, you get blocked and maybe receive your money after a few months.

Could you give more specific details? I've received around £700 from GlobaltestMarket, the majority of which is via Paypal,with no problems.

I have received 3 lots of amazon vouchers very recently with no problems. However, I can vaguely remember having to add a paypal email address to my account (I use my hotmail one to log in), but I can't remember why now.

whats wrong with GTM any way , I used to receive about 6-8 surveys a day , now I have receive only one day or sometimes nothing .
is this normal for GTM that they slow down the surveys or is just me , i've updated my profile eveything . They used to spam me to death with emails now its a bit quiet .
