LLoyds mortgage offer period

Hi,
Sold my property couple of months ago and the person who has purchased it has a mortgage offer from Lloyds - can anyone confirm how long they last for from Lloyds?
The first property I was purchasing fell through, thankfully found another, but by the time it is likely to complete it will be over 3 months. I know my mortgage offer from a different lender only is valid for 3 months.

Most purchase offers last six months. Yours is an exception, rather than the rule.
Brokers don't see Lloyds offers these days, but Halifax offers can last more than six months.I am a mortgage broker.
