Small change in outgoing after exchange - worried!

Does anyone have any experience of the lender pulling out after exchange of contracts due to an increase of £30.35p per month in fixed outgoings? scared about telling lender as we have borrowed the most we can afford on the mortgage and petrified of losing our deposit and indeed the house we love. We are buying a new home and are completing in approx march next year. Hope someone can help. There must be others this has happened to as peoples circumstances/outgoings change all the time surely
Thank you.

£1 a day shouldn't make too much difference IMO.
Lenders can do it, but very rarely do.💙💛 💔0 -

You've already got another thread going on this same topic so instead of starting new threads just change the title of your first one as it's obviously moved on from being "help Csa" to "small change in outgoings"
To change the title - go into edit - go into "advanced" go to your first post and edit the title, then save.0
