Sent Solo an email with no response. Any idea of what my options are. The company have been paid since yesterday but I've had no confirmation on when the oil will be delivered.0

If you're in east Belfast, the oil club there puts in an order most months & generally gets a good deal...saved us a few £££s last month...0

Please remember that the cheapest oil is not necessarily the best and some people are finding that oil from some suppliers does not have the same heat output and doesn't last as long.
Better to find a reputable long term supplier and stick with them even if it costs about £20 more for 900 litres. Cheaper oil most likely costlier in the long term.0 -

Does the calorific value vary among suppliers? How can Joe Public check this value? I thought all heating oil came through one depot in Belfast.0 -
I am told you do not want to be using oil that comes from Lisahally Derry and is sold by most of the cheaper suppliers right across NI. There is no way for the public to check.0
