LEEDS : Woodden pallets

Hi,

I am on a tight budget and am moving to an unfurnished flat. Someone suggested that I can use wooden pallets to create some living room furniture. Do any of you know a place in leeds where I can pick up wooden pallets..preferably for free or else for some minimal charge.
Thanks!

Pallets are chemically treated to survive outside. NOT a good idea to use them as furniture in the home.

You can pick up very cheap used furniture on ebay or gumtree. I bought a fridge freezer for £5 and a wooden bunk bed for £3 recently. Actually works out cheaper than making your own from pallets!
