Here are the key points of the terms:

To participate in Dare to Share, entrants must choose an existing Facebook friend to send a gift to via the Facebook app on the Sainsbury's Facebook page. https://www.sainsburysdaretoshare.co.uk, within the time stated. Entries will only be accepted via the Facebook application.

Friend selection is based on a Facebook algorithm. Sainsbury's accepts no responsibility for selection. Responsibility cannot be accepted should any error occur in nominating a selected friend.
Entrants may send a free, mystery gift from a selection of gifts from Sainsbury's to each of their friends once during the campaign period. Each gift must be sent via a separate entry. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition those entries will be disqualified and any gift entitlement will be void.

Available gifts comprise of 331 physical gifts and 890 downloadable eBook vouchers. These physical gifts and eBook vouchers will be allocated to entrants at random and once allocated will no longer be available to win. There are a further 26 digital gifts available to win and there is no limit on the number of times that these digital gifts can be won. All gifts will be randomly allocated to entrants throughout the campaign period. See (34) for full gift list.

Gifts will be allocated as per a randomised schedule each day. The schedule will not be disclosed to entrants. Once allocated, it is not possible to change the gift.

Gift send is final and cannot be retracted.
When an entrant sends a gift to an intended recipient, the recipient is sent a standard Facebook notification. Recipients can receive only one gift per Facebook notification. Facebook notifications are aggregated by the system when more than one user sends a request to the same recipient. If this happens, the recipient will only be eligible to receive one gift from the last person who nominated them.

Biker*Chick

The recipient (your Facebook friend) must claim the gift when visiting the unique ID page within the Facebook app at the time of allocation (this is marked clearly on the page). This can only be visited once, the first time the page is opened. All gifts must be redeemed at this time as the recipient will not be able to return to this page in future. Gifts not claimed at this time will be forfeited. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any gifts unclaimed at time of receipt.
Physical gifts will only be available to residents of United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Location will be determined via Facebook location data. If your nominated friend is based outside of the UK, or their location is disabled or incorrectly configured, your friend will be eligible for a digital gift only.
Recipients of physical gifts will be prompted to complete a form with delivery details when receiving the unique gift ID. Users cannot revisit the form, so it must be filled out on first visit. Once the form has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the recipient. If the form is not completed, gifts will be forfeited. Personal information will be used for the purposes of fulfilling gifts only and not for any other purpose.
If the recipient receives a physical gift, but enters a non-UK postal address, the gift will be void. The recipient will be notified via email.
Recipients may be required to provide proof of age OR consent from a parent. The Facebook account must be in the name of the person entering the gift draw and the gift must be taken by the named recipient. The recipient may be required to provide proof of name and address (utility bill, driving license). Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has received the gift and failure to do so may result in gift entitlement being withdrawn.
Physical gifts under the value of £20 will be delivered to the recipient's chosen UK address via 2nd class royal mail. Gifts over the value of £20 will be delivered via Royal Mail tracked & signed for service. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss, damage or late arrival of items. There are no guarantees that gifts will be received before Christmas.

Mobile by Sainsbury's monthly price allocation will only cover the UK (texts and calls will be UK texts and calls only).
The gift details and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions.
The closing date for receipt of all entries is Midnight on 21st December 2014.
The deadline for being eligible for physical gifts will be Midnight on the 19th December or earlier if all physical gifts have been allocated. Digital gifts will only be available after this period, until the giveaway ends.
Unclaimed gifts will not be reallocated.
Gifts will be dispatched once a week for each week of the promotion. Postage times may vary. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
The gift must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or alternative gifts in whole, or in part. The gifts are non-transferable, non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.
Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value should circumstances makes this necessary.
Sainsbury's cannot be held responsible for any limitations within the Facebook platform.
Sainsbury's cannot accept responsibility for any comments made by users in association with the app.
Sainsbury's reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this gift draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid customer disappointment.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
