I guess it depends on your diet. I didn't change my diet but I eat healthy anyway, I just cut down on alcohol and cheese but everything else stayed the same. Didn't follow the insanity diet schedule at all, just the workouts and I actually lost stone in month and a half!! Maybe I was drinking too much- I would have at least a pint or two glasses of wine a day x0
