IMHO you should name and shame.
Whatever the legalities, if it strikes a chord with social media these things never look good for the company.0 -
In the industry I worked in you are not allowed to accept tips because it can be seen as a bribe.
I remember just before my 21st birthday a customer tried to give me £20. I politely declined but he angrily stuffed it in my pocket and walked off.
Any instances like that we would take the money to our manager who would put it in the "staff pot" and it was then used for any nights out, parties or trips we wanted to go on.Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016
