Hi there
I have just called my mortgage advisor, we are applying for a mortgage wit Virgin Money and been accepted in principle, however they are looking for proof of address for hubby for 2011 and 2012, the problem being i only registered him on electoral role 2013 (stupidly didnt realise how important this was!!) All utility bills etc in my name as i bought our current house when single, im not sure what i can send them, would DVLA documents do?? So scared this will all fall through, we have an offer accepted on new property condition to mortgage approval, any advise would be massively appreciated
