I thought bankruptcy was gonna hit my door soon. I had earlier consolidated my debts in Butler mortgage at Toronto. But now I have got out of the debt. Presently, I have a total of 4 defaults . My present credit score is 510. I am now looking to go for a mortgage of $45000 and I have 10% ($4500). Is there any possibility that I get the mortgage?
