Prize

Ferry crossing:

• Return ferry crossing for two passengers and standard sized car travelling on the DFDS Seaways route from Newcastle to Amsterdam or Dover to Dunkirk.
• A standard inside cabin will be provided on the Newcastle-Amsterdam route (subject to availability).
• Travel on selected departures, subject to availability, before 15 March 2015.

• This prize is valid for travel up until 15 March 2015 only (inclusive)
• On confirmation of travel dates, representatives of NBTC will make a reservation for the winner and their companion at the NH Utrecht hotel, dinner at Grand Caf! Maria, a guided tour at the Dom Tower and a guided city walk. We will endeavour to book the winner and their companion their preferred dates and times for each prize component. However, this prize is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space. Limited availability during public holiday and festive periods.
• When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and hence a hotel booking has on behalf of the NBTC, then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway. If the winner chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.
• After a booking has been made on behalf of NBTC for dinner, the Domtower tour or the guided city walk, if the winner wishes to choose an alternative date and or time for any of these prize components, we will try our upmost to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the new request will be confirmed/accepted.
• Dinner: Grand Caf! Maria is opened daily from 16.00 and at the weekend from 14.00. The kitchen closes at 22.00. The tapas dinner may be booked as a set menu. This will be confirmed at the time of booking by an NBTC representative.
• The meal at Grand Caf! Maria includes (for 2 people): A traditional menu of the chef with 2 courses including 5 cold tapas and 5 warm tapas. Dessert is not included. The menu also includes 2 drinks.
• The Domtower tour: the Domtower tour is a guided tour of one hour. There are restricted times for the tour. On Sunday and Monday the tour starts every hour from 12.00 till 16.00, and on Tuesday until Saturday from 11.00 till 16.00.
• The guided city walk is also for one hour.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the winner + their companion have the necessary travel insurance cover required and that their passports have the correct validity.
• All meals, travel and other expenses, apart from those stated as included in the prize, are at the expense of the winner and their companion.
